What an incredibly lazy ass (pardon my Kazakh) I've been.
Yes yes, I know the last update on this so called diary was sometime in July, and yes, now it's mid September, but hey, I haven't exactly been busy, nor do I have a valid excuse for not writing on here. So, AFSAKIÐ!

Yes, and what en eventful two months they've been. As alþjóð knows I was in Hong Kong in the first half of July, and what a fantastic two weeks they were (see fotos from there in my New and Improved! FotoGallerie!).
Then I hung around in Moscow for 10 days, doing basicly nothing at all, except stocking up on facial cleanser for my prolonged absense from АРБАТ ПРЕСТИЖ!
On the penultimate day of July I then migrated over to Iceland to work in the lovely souvenir shop which I've worked in for the last many summers (I don't actually remember how many summers I've worked there, I guess that means I am getting old(er)).
I then passed the whole of August away working (as in filling in sizes of T-shirts and woolen sweaters aswell as being a human calculator always being up-to-date on the current exchange rate between the US Dollar and the blessed Icelandic Króna).
August was however by no means dull or uneventful.
Allright, the first two weeks were definitely boring, but on the 14th I attended an interview in London with an airline called British Mediterranean Airways (BMed), for the position of Cabin Crew. I won't go into details as the interview obviously went well, as I was offered a job a week later, and I'm due to start training on Oct.18th!
And yes, of course I'm excited as hell over it!
Then came the annual Reykjavik Culture Night which was a blast, during which my coworkers and I sold hot cocoa and pastries to fund our annual BigDinnerParty which was then held on Saturday 4th Sept. and though I say so myself, was a total success.

Anyhow, I do expect this to bring my life up-to-date to some extent, and pretty much all I'm thinking about these days is my new job, which I simply cannot wait to start. However, until then I'm busying myself continuing working in the souvenir shop, aswell as sorting out paperwork needed for the job (Disclosure, Airside ID Pass etc) and getting myself a place to live in the UK!
